On Friday May 19, 2006 CME will complete the migration of all CBOT pit traded products from the 3270 based Trade Entry System (TES) to the web-based front-End clearing system (FEC). On Friday all CBOT products will be processed in FEC. After the clearing cycle on Thursday May 18, 2006, all end of day out-trades will automatically roll into FEC. PCBT-TES will not be available on Friday morning. Out-trades can be viewed in We show/They show screens in FEC. All CBOT pit trades will flow directly to FEC requiring no changes by firms or service providers. In conjunction with this migration, we will be implementing a fix to an issue where in some cases the clearing system receipt time on pit trades submitted or posted to Front End Clearing was being incorrectly saved.
